All aquascapes created by ScapePulse are living biological systems. Over time, plants grow, microbial populations establish, fish behavior evolves, and visual character matures. These changes are natural and expected.
Minor variations in plant density, algae presence, or coloration are part of a healthy ecosystem and should not be interpreted as defects. Stability, not stasis, is the goal of nature-based aquascaping.
ScapePulse does not guarantee a permanently static appearance, zero maintenance, or absence of natural biological processes.
To ensure long-term success, clients are responsible for maintaining stable environmental conditions and following the care guidance provided. Any unauthorized modifications to livestock, lighting, filtration, dosing, or layout may disrupt ecological balance.
ScapePulse cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from external factors such as power failures, water supply issues, environmental temperature fluctuations, or interventions by third parties.
Where ScapePulse is not contracted for ongoing maintenance, guidance is provided for educational and advisory purposes only. Responsibility for execution rests with the client or appointed maintenance provider.
Our role is to design systems that reduce dependence on constant intervention, not eliminate responsibility entirely.
